Lions Park Ducks

One of my favorite things to do in college was to visit the ducks at Lion’s Park. They would congregate at this little lake and I would bring a book and some rolled oats to feed them. When I had an assignment to take some nature photos for a class, I knew I wanted to try to capture pictures of the ducks. I was fortunate enough to be able to borrow a friend’s camera for this shoot and she had a 100mm lens that allowed me to get pictures of the ducks without getting close enough to scare them away. I love the colors in these photos and the details I was able to catch in the second photo.
